The short version: we collect what you type into our forms and standard website analytics. We use it to reply to you, send you what you asked for, and understand how the site is used. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except the services that run this website. Email us and we will show you, correct, or delete what we hold.
Naveron AI Consulting ("Naveron", "we") is the AI consulting and web design brand of Highland Private Office LLC, 1650 Highland Road, Winter Park, Florida 32789. This policy covers naveron.ai and the forms on it. It does not cover the other sites we link to, including the sites of our clients.
Information you give us. When you use the contact form, request the AI Readiness Checklist, or email us, we receive what you send: typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, and whatever you write about your business. Nothing on this site asks for payment details; invoices for the AI Diagnostic and Quick Win Build are handled separately after you get in touch.
Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and how they move through the site, including across our related sites (evanrossfl.com, highlandprivateoffice.com, and evanborenstein.com). Google Analytics sets cookies and records your device type, approximate location, and an anonymized identifier. It does not tell us who you are unless you also fill out a form. Google's own handling of this data is described in Google's privacy policy.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical details of each request, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.
The AI Readiness Quiz on our homepage runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising on other platforms, and we do not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.
Only the services that run this website and our business, each bound by its own privacy terms: Netlify (hosting and form handling), Google (analytics and email), and the tools we use to send checklist and follow-up emails. If you become a client, information relevant to the work may be shared with contractors we bring in to help deliver it, under confidentiality. We will disclose information if the law requires it.
Form submissions and email correspondence are kept for as long as we might reasonably need them to respond to you or serve you as a client, and then deleted. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for 14 months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Residents of states with consumer privacy laws (such as California) have the rights described above and the right not to be treated differently for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider and accessible only to Evan Ross. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that, but we keep the amount of information we hold small and the number of people who can see it smaller.
This site is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. We will not quietly expand what we do with information you already gave us.
